Healing at God's pace
Healing isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about opening to something deeper.
At the heart of this work is an invitation to walk with God into greater freedom—emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Whether you’re navigating life after addiction, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply hungry for clarity and peace, we’ll walk at a pace that honors your story.
With Recovery Coach Nate, this isn’t about performance—it’s about presence. Together, we’ll cultivate resilience, deepen connection, and allow space for the kind of change that lasts: gentle, honest, and rooted in grace.
Recovery Rooted in Grace
Personalized support for those healing from addiction—not just to stay sober, but to become whole.
Life Skills for Real-Life Struggles
Grow in emotional maturity, boundaries, and purpose—at a pace that honors your story.
Resilience That Doesn’t Require Hustle
Build inner strength through presence, honesty, and connection—not pressure or performance.
Healing the Whole Person
Support for your body, emotions, and spirit—because true transformation touches every part of you.
Living With Intention
Discover what truly matters in this season of your life.
Rather than chasing achievement, we’ll set grounded, grace-filled goals that align with your healing, values, and calling.
This is about creating a life of intention—one step at a time, in step with God’s pace.
Staying Rooted In Recovery
Recovery isn’t just about staying sober—it’s about staying connected. We’ll explore the deeper patterns behind triggers and setbacks, and create rhythms that keep you anchored in God’s presence. This is about walking steady, not striving harder.
Emotional and Relational Healing
True change happens when you feel safe enough to be real.
Together, we’ll tend to the emotional roots of your behavior—grief, shame, loneliness, or fear—and explore healthier ways to relate to yourself, others, and God.
Spiritual Practices For Daily Life
Healing happens when we learn to return—again and again—to God’s presence.
Through breath, prayer, and embodied awareness, you’ll build spiritual rhythms that bring peace, connection, and clarity into your everyday life.
What Is Life Coaching?
What is recovery coaching?
Life and recovery coaching aren't about quick fixes or chasing success—they’re about slowing down and reconnecting with what truly matters. Life coaching offers space to clarify your values, explore what’s been weighing you down, and move toward a more intentional, meaningful life. Recovery coaching adds another layer—support for those walking through addiction, burnout, or chronic struggle—helping you rebuild from the inside out.
In both spaces, the focus is the same:
To walk with someone who gets it, and to begin healing in body, mind, and spirit, at a pace that honors your journey.
Rediscovering Your Strength:
Recognize what’s already within you—and gently reclaim your voice, agency, and hope.
Setting Gentle, Aligned Goals:
Clarify what matters most and move forward without pressure or perfectionism.
Support for Lasting Sobriety:
Build a life that supports your recovery—emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.
Clarity Around What You Value:
Explore your story, name what’s true, and let God meet you there.
Lifestyle Shifts That Feel Doable
Create small, sustainable changes that move you toward peace and purpose.
About Me
I’ve been walking the path of recovery since 2008—learning, unlearning, falling down, and getting back up again with God’s help.
In those early years, I helped start multiple 12-step meetings and found deep meaning in mentoring others who were just beginning their sobriety journeys. I’ve remained sober ever since, not because I’ve perfected the process, but because I’ve come to trust a deeper power at work in it. That journey has shaped every part of who I am—my work, my relationships, and my faith.
By trade, I’m a professional musician. I’ve spent decades performing, teaching, and writing music while learning how to stay grounded in recovery, even on the road. That dual path—creativity and healing—taught me how to live with rhythm and purpose, not just intensity and output.
Along the way, I also co-authored a Christian discipleship program based on the 12 steps. It was a way to merge two things I hold dear: deep transformation and the presence of Christ. That spiritual thread continues to run through everything I do.
Today, I’m a Certified Professional Coach and Recovery Coach—but more importantly, I’m a husband, a father, and someone who’s still learning how to live gently, honestly, and with God at the center.
If you’re ready to let go of doing it all alone—and want someone who gets it to walk with you—I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
